Warmth and Fire Workshop March 2025

This is a moment not to face alone. We are in unprecedented and disorienting times. We face the questions of: How can we respond to all that is changing? How can I use my gifts and power most wisely?

This is a time for kinship. When we activate the power of community, it becomes a source of courage and clarity. The warmth of community can light our creative fire.

In this one-day workshop, you’re invited to bring a current challenge or aspiration. We blend meaningful conversations, mutual support, and co-creative discovery of answers. This experience can help you:

• Shift from isolated overwhelm to a sense of mutual support and clarity
• Tap into the collective wisdom of a group, seeing the situation from more perspectives and discovering new possibilities
• Learn the skill of ‘resonant listening’ – how to listen so people feel understood; and experience the process of constellations, a powerful group approach to finding wise action
• Learn practices you can bring into any group to create a space of trust and connection that fortifies people and leads to new insights.

My vision is that we create spaces of kinship, alongside our work, in communities, with our friends. Spaces where we can bring our big decisions…our moments of feeling stuck…and our creative aspirations. Spaces where we show up for each other, asking “how can we be here for you?” These are some of the most fulfilling ways to be human together. – Beth Tener

This workshop is well suited to people working in social change, facilitators, artists/creators, and community builders, essentially anyone interested in creatively contributing to the betterment of the world.

The workshop is held at Green Acre Baha’i Center of Learning in Eliot, Maine, along the Piscataqua River. It continues the spirit of the SeaCHANGE Conference on arts, healing, and social change.
