Evolve to the next level of leading collaborative change by joining our six-month peer-learning journey.

How can you work for change in ways that strengthen and activate community? How can you work with the pitfalls, conflicts, and confusing situations that come up?

This is not work to do alone.

We can accompany each other through the cycles of creation and change, through beginnings and endings and the ups and downs in between.

When you join a Kinship Circle with five other experienced change-makers, you become part of a learning community that journeys through a six-month learning program, rooted in the current context of participants. I, Beth Tener, will facilitate and coach. I bring over 30 years experience in collaboration, systems change, and group facilitation. The group will get practical tips and coaching, tailored to each person’s current needs.

The Process

During regular in-person meetings over six months, you’ll receive personal time and attention from the group on your unique aspirations and challenges, and you’ll offer this same time and attention to others. We bring together people with similar goals working in different contexts so we can all access a deeper wisdom and understanding of patterns.

I design a curriculum tailored to the current needs and challenges of the group. Examples of topics could include participatory process, design for connection, working with tensions and inter-personal dynamics, and navigating big decisions. Each participant will receive a monthly 1:1 coaching session.

With the high-trust caring environment of a Kinship Circle, you can have time and space feel emotions and find clarity. When others see you with eyes of inviting forward your gifts, it helps you trust yourself more and grow the confidence and courage to act.

This quality of group experience reconnects us to our personal and collective power.
