Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone.
In times of change and uncertainty, the support of a strong community can turn isolation into companionship and overwhelm into clarity for action.
This workshop is for people who want to create meaningful change — whether in their communities, their work, or themselves — and know that these times call for connection and solidarity, not going it alone.
We’ll explore a different kind of support: one where we don’t fix, advise, or convince — but walk alongside each other, helping insight and new answers naturally emerge. Through guided experiences and powerful group processes, you’ll learn how resonant listening, shared understanding, and collective wisdom can unlock movement where things feel stuck.
“When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand.” – Brenda Ueland
This workshop is for:
Social changemakers, facilitators, artists, community builders — anyone looking to tap into the creative power of people coming together.
You’ll learn:
Expect to leave feeling energized, inspired, and more connected — to yourself and others. The warmth of community can help light your creative fire.
The workshop is facilitated by Beth Tener and is held at Green Acre Baha’i Center of Learning in Eliot, Maine, along the Piscataqua River. It continues the spirit of the SeaCHANGE Conference on arts, healing, and social change.
Quotes from Previous Participants
“I continue to process the time we had together – which had a fairly profound and deeply grounding impact on how I was thinking about my next professional step. The path became much clearer in the 24 hours after our gathering.”
“The resonant listening practice is such an important skill that you can take into any part of your life – in work, personal relationships, and with yourself.”
“The constellation experience was really helpful. It was a different pathway to get answers. A room full of people could sense things in a way the person alone couldn’t.”
