As a thinking partner/coach, I help you stay true to your values and put them into practice as you navigate complex ever-changing situations. My approach is distinctive in that I work with you to see and sense the larger context and multiple factors affecting your situation.
At the start, we agree on an aspiration or transition you would like support with.
Coaching is done in a three-month cycle. I recommend coaching sessions every two weeks, either on Zoom or in person in Portsmouth, NH. The continuity of regular meetings allows you to take the insights from our sessions, apply them, reflect, learn, and address new challenges as they arise.
I will share links to tools, methods, articles, and videos. You’ll be learning how to work with the patterns of how living systems heal, grow, and evolve, applied to your current context.
Examples of issues you can bring to a coaching session are:
- Feel called to make a change
- Have an inspiration or creative idea that you’d like to develop
- Would like to grow and apply your gifts and skills in new ways
- Feel stuck within a challenge or a pattern that keeps repeating
- Struggle to navigate complex dynamics with coworkers, collaborators, and/or family
- Sense some block or underlying issue that keeps tripping you up
- Can’t see clearly what to do
- Caught in competing priorities or desires
- Navigating in new territory where there are no maps
- Feel unmotivated, depleted, or overwhelmed
