A hub for activating

the power of community.

Supporting change-makers to bring your work to the next level, in community.

The power of a community exceeds the power of one. Yet, many of us are working in isolation, unable to harness the collective power that arises from high-trust environments and aligned action.

Kinship is a hub of learning and action, for innovators who are committed to building strong trusting community as we work for change…who recognize that spaces of meaningful human connection and belonging can unleash personal and group creativity and courage.

After 30 years of working on environment and social change, I am excited to offer change-makers what I wish I had:

  • A regular home base to return to that offers:
    • Community learning and support, with a small group of trusted peers.
    • Space to pause and reflect, distill the wisdom from your experience, and get clarity on your next steps.
  • A thinking partner/coach to help you design work in ways that engage people and navigate complexity.
  • An experienced teacher who can offer you timely insights and approaches as you work on systems change and the inner change that this work calls for.

Our gatherings and coaching offerings allows you to come out of isolation into a space of warmth
and camaraderie, where you can reflect and learn with peers and build your skills in activating community.

Kinship is a hub of learning where we inspire each other, via the Living Love podcast, small groups, and collaborative partnerships.

You will experience group gatherings where people feel seen, heard, and sparked to participate. The interactions and approaches give you tools you can take back to your work.

We strengthen our courage by seeing others take action and witnessing embodied examples of what is possible.

Here’s how you can participate:
